Welcome to Karen Lindberg Family Lawyer.<\/h3>\n

When it comes to Family Law, I am an experienced sole-practitioner based in Auckland, New Zealand with over 30 years of experience in Relationship Property, Family and Child Law. I have strong ties to the South Auckland area, my family having been in the Franklin area for over 130 years. I have offices in Pukekohe, Papakura and Auckland. If you do not want to come to one of my offices, I am happy to arrange to meet at a place of your choice, or alternatively we can meet over phone consultation. It is not always necessary to meet face-to-face.<\/p>\n

I can guarantee that you will receive quality advice and reassurance from your first consultation and on-going support for the duration of your cases. I hold a particular emphasis and interest in Relationship Property Cases and Children\u2019s Cases. I am also frequently appointed by the courts\u00a0to represent children in\u00a0parenting and guardianship disputes.\u00a0I pride myself on giving honest, realistic advice with a full assessment of options and likely outcomes.<\/p>\n

I graduated from the University of Auckland in September 1989 with a Bachelor of Laws and have been developing on-going experience ever since.<\/p>\n

Alongside my commitments as a lawyer, I am a mother and a wife, which further drives my passion for family and children\u2019s law.\u00a0I am very concerned with the under resourcing\u00a0of the courts and the significant delays people are experiencing in obtaining outcomes. As a result,\u00a0I am a firm advocate of\u00a0mediation as a less expensive and more expeditious method of resolving family law disputes. My interests include tennis, travelling and spending leisure time with my family.<\/p>\n

I am a member of the New Zealand Law Society, and a member of the Family Law Section and the Family Courts Association. I can guarantee that you will receive the highest level of professional care, advocacy, and professionalism.<\/p>\n
